What To Bring

  • Comfortable clothing (or gym attire), running shoes, a hat, and sunscreen
  • An extra set of clothes is recommended!
  • 2 snacks and a lunch – NUT FREE ONLY
  • LOTS of water (bottles can be refilled here)

Every Wednesday is Water Day. Please bring swimwear!
